On the first floor of the farmhouse, 5 studio apartments look out onto a large solarium terrace. These are furnished in traditional style and offer every amenity. They all have independent entrances and sleep 2 to 5 people, bathroom with shower and television.
The apartments and bedrooms, while preserving their original architecture, offer all the amenities of a modern home with elegant furnishings, brick floors, wooden beams and frames. On the ground floor, a characteristic refreshment point has been created, run by the Pietrangelo family, with traditional local specialities, all dressed with Olive Oil produced by the farm. All the hilly regions of Abruzzo, with their history, culture and traditions are well worth a visit; towns like Spoltore, Atri, Penne, Città Sant'Angelo, Loreto Aprutino. Equally interesting are the museums of farming handicrafts. The Adriatic Sea is about 10 km away and offers equipped beaches such as those of Pescara, Montesilvano and Francavilla, while, just 30 km away is the charming Costa dei Trabocchi with its free beach. Among the numerous lakes in the area, that of Penne, a WWF nature reserve, offers bird-watching and a restocking centre, with rare animals such as the otter. At 15 km are the national parks of the Majella and the Gran Sasso, which can be reached after a drive of just 30 minutes. Footpaths and country roads criss-cross the area and are ideal for hikers, horse-riding and mountain biking. Pescara airport is just 10 km away.
