wurstel skewer   Ingredients:

- 2 wurstel
- 80 gr of Leerdammer
- 6 olives
- 12 Pachino tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons of ketchup

 

 

Preparation:

- Cut the wurstel in 6 pieces

- Cut the Leerdammer in 12 pieces

- Stone the olives

- Wash tomatoes and cut them

- Skewer all ingredients on a skewer

- Prepare bowls with condiments to serve with the skewers

- Place in a bowl the oil, a pinch of salt and pepper

- Put ketchup in the other bowl and serve
