The rooms have been renovated in a classical local style and have a view out into the open country without the chaos and noise of the city.

Each room is furnished with the following accessories:

We also have a small apartment on the ground floor which has been designed with the purpose of making the stay of any person with a physical impairment as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
(Persons with Handicaps are welcome).
One has an easy access from our parking lot (only 20 m).
There is enough space in the apartment to accommodate an accompanying person or assistant.

The free DSL Internet connection enables clients to manage their work or relax as they wish. (eg : Fax, Email or VideoConfonference) directly from their own room.There is also WI-FI in the common areas which extends also outdoors. In the morning a rich table breakfast is offered where natural tasty local products have been chosen to help start the day well. The farm hause is near bologna - imola - dozza and of course the spa at castel san pietro terme.

On exiting the motorway at castel san pietro follow the indications for castel guelfo. As you arrive at the small town turn right in the direction of imola.-
