The farmhouse stands on the hills of Lazio 20 km from Rieti, in the village of Poggio San Lorenzo. At km 59 you will find the Via Salaria. The farmhouse, completely restored during the nineteenth century, it preserves the atmosphere of the past. With 15 beds with private bathroom, all rooms are furnished with antique furniture in part recovered from the restoration of the house and left their seats to keep the taste and the memory of the peasants who lived in this gorgeous rural place. The farmhouse offers dining in the quaint barn, restored with wooden beams and original furniture.

The farmhouse offers to its guests: bowling green, our small gym, the ping pong table. Our bicycles are available for beautiful walks, or relax on a deck chair, contemplating the landscape.

	Dieses Anwesen ist in einer super Lage.. Das Essen schmeckt perfekt mit den selbstgemachten Produkten. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Der Besitzer Massimo ist humorvoll und hat immer ein offenes Ohr für jedes Anliegen. Das Freizeitangebot um dieses liebevoll eingerichtete Anwesen ist sehr gut. (Excellent)

	Ho soggiornato al Podere Santa Giusta nel week end di ognissanti con mio marito, 3 bambini e una cagnolina. Massimo è un portento ed ha un sorriso che incanterebbe chiunque....come le splendide crostate ed i meravigliosi ciambelloni della colazione! Il posto è di per sè fantastico ed in una posizione invidiabile. Il silenzio ti avvolge e nelle notti stellate da li si può vedere tutto il creato...l'asinello,le oche, le tartarughe, i cani sono una cornice che completa un quadro perfetto! (Good)
