La Casa di Campagna is perched on the slopes of the Apennines between Umbria and Marche, in a vast area of rolling hills, 360 meters above sea level. It’s located 3 km away from Fabriano, in an area of high historical value and cultural as well as natural wonders: forests, monasteries, early medieval churches and abbeys, fortresses and castles, museums of rural tradition.
Only 6 km away you’ll find the wonderful Frasassi caves, discovered in 1971 (the most important European speleological site!), or just few km away you can visit the Umbria region, with its infamous historical sites of Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, while if you fancy a trip to the Adriatic coast you can visit the romantic beauties of Numana, Sirolo, Portonuovo, Conero.
Accommodation is organized among the main house and the ancient barns, which have been restructured using local materials and strictly following the local traditional style.
Everything is designed to allow you to live in contact with an uncontaminated nature, in a place that is among the most evocative of central Italy.
We will be pleased to suggest or organize excursions, horseback riding and cycling, hiking or other exciting outdoor activities such as paragliding, etc..
And then when evening comes… it's nice to sit around a table tasting the typical products of the countryside: delicious cold cuts, salami, sausages, a rich variety of cheeses, the exclusive Verdicchio wine, honey, jams and preserves.
La Casa di Campagna is available for private parties, weddings, buffets. The management will be glad to support you in the organization of your event.
