An oasis of peace and quiet set among colours, flavours and aromas of salento. It' sthe ideal place for a holiday, a romantic weekend or a business trip. The ancient mansion restructured keeping the original characteristics of the typical nineteencentury farm offers 13 differtent accomodations: - classic double room; -superior double room; - junior suite; - appartament; -suite de-luxe. They have all been artfully furnished paying special attention to even the most minimum detail, offering a mode country enviroment, both sober and elegant at the same time. Each room is provided with air conditioning cold/hot, television and telephone and internet wi-fi. The bathroom with shower, hairdryer and courtesy service is private. For breakfast we offer to our guests tipycal local products as well as prime quality international foods. Will be also possible taste the extra vergine oil and the differents wines of own production. Guests can also enjoy of our beautiful swimming pool, gardens and terrace during sunny seasons. The masseria furthermore is located a few miles from the beaches and from the most appreciated turist resorts.

Who we are

Originally masseria with a deep-rooted traditions that date back more than for a hundred years, now it is housed in a house of the early twentieth century, with manor house and old masseria buildings that have been carefully restored and transformed into comfortable rooms, furnished admirably with style blending modernity and tradition. Founded by Antimo Campana in the early sixties, the Azienda Agricola was inherited by his sons who, motivated by a strong desire to continue the advanture.

The masseria, with its restaurant, 'il Gelsomino', characterised by four comfortable halls in neo-classical style with cross vaults, can welcome guests in winter months. The large porch with columns wrapped with jasmine, is ideal in summer time. We'll welcome and satisfy the diners with the tasting of different recipes and typical dishes, seasoned with our extra virgin olive oil Baroni Nuovi served along with our exclusive 'home-made' wines. - - The masseria Baroni~Nuovi and its restaurant, il Gelsomino, the ideal place to host, party and celebrate simple or family occasions like baptisms, first communions, confirmations, birthdays, wedding anniversaries or farewell parties. We offer exceptional services for the organisation of events, meetings, briefing and various evenings and entertainments. - The chef of 'il Gelsomino' restaurant proposes to the hosts accomodated at the Masseria, daily fixed menus. The suggestions of typical dishes enable customers to fully taste the wide choice of the Upper Salento. Each recipe is made of products from the property itself and from the lands, therefore promoting and bringing forth the policy of the ‘zero km’. It facilitates the supply of food items directly from the producer to the consumer. - Various starters are proposed, main courses and side dishes, fresh seasonal fruits, and to conclude, one of our delicious home-made desserts. Water (wines and beverages are excluded).

	bel endroit, service un peu trop "professionnel", bonne cuisine. dommage d'organiser des fêtes privées avec musique jusqu'à minuit devant la fenêtre de la chambre... à ce prix là on attend un peu de calme (Good)

	Un bellissimo agriturismo a pochi km da Brindisi immerso nel verde più assoluto. Belle le stanze in pietra curate e arredate con gusto. Bella la piscina e l'atmosfera di calma che regna in questo agriturismo. La cena veramente ottima, con accompagnamento di un gruppo jazz... che dire? Bellissimo. (Excellent)

	abbiamo trascorso una settimana all'insegna della tranquillità, in un clima fiabeso in una costruzione d'altri tempi con tutte le comodità. La struutura è pregevole immersa negli uliveti ed eccellenti i prodotti come il vino e l'olio extraverginein una terra ricca di storia . Sono facilmente raggiungibili tutte le mete turistiche salentine. Inoltre si trova vicino all'oasi UNICA di torre guaceto. Convenzionata con una bellissima spiaggia attrezzata a soli 8 km (Excellent)
