Tenuta Quadrifoglio is situated in a fantastic location in the heart of the Tuscan countryside. In fact it is 10 km from the beautiful towns of San Gimignano and Certaldo, 15 km from Volterra and near the main art cities of Tuscany.
Thanks to a careful and accurate restoration, the old manor has been transformed into a modern Holiday House with 4 charming and comfortable apartments.
Also a part of the old manor has been transformed into a Guest House with 5 double rooms. The rooms are spacious and furnished with a traditional style.
The manor has two large halls and a panoramic terrace, while near the large pool is located the new 4 key Residence "Quadrifoglio". The residence has 10 apartments all with private entrance.

Our main building has 5 comfortable and elegant double rooms. Each of them has air conditioning, sat-TV, security safe, fridge bar and private bathroom with shower and hair dryer.
4 well furnished and comfortable apartments, each with separate entrance and private relaxing area.
APARTMENT "LAVANDA AND BASILICO"
60square meters on 2 levels. Downstairs: Living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, small kitchen, 1 double bedroom and bathroom with shower and hair dryer. A wooden staircase leads you to the upper floor where you can find an open bedroom with 3 single beds.
APARTMENT "ROSMARINO AND SALVIA"
80square meters at the ground floor. Living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and fridge with freezer, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk bed and a single bed or 2 single beds, and bathroom with shower and hair dryer. Behind this apartment there is a private garden with deck chairs and tables
