Description Farm-house Renai&monte

Renai&monte farmhouse offers its guests the chance to enjoy the pleasure of the healthy country life. Guests can look forward to a peaceful, relaxed self-catering holiday in beautiful rural tuscany choosing from 9 different appartments. Moreover, the beauty of the countryside, the comforts of the apartments, the beautiful swimming pool and paved sun patio bordered with olive trees and vineyards, as well as a friendly family welcome make renai&monte farmhouse the ideal place for a relaxing holiday or a great base for an active and stimulating holiday. Come and offer you a peaceful retreat from the city!

The apartments are on the first and ground floor. Each apartment has a private entrance, private garden, mosquito nets, Sat TV, kitchen with cooker, fridge, freezer, oven, toaster, electric coffee maker, iron and ironing board. Dishwasher in the Monte apartments only.
Three apartments are furnished to high standard, including a Jakuzzi bath or shower and open fireplace.
Our disabled guests can choose between 2 apartments on the ground floor (Pini or Leccio), while the pool and garden is approachable for everybody. Open cupboards underneath kitchen sink in Leccio apartment.

We offer accommodation in nine self-catering apartments, which have been meticulously restored, retaining their rural character, while offering modern facilities and comfort in a warm family atmosphere.

They have been newly renovated but maintaining the characteristic and traditional elements, such as old wooden beams, terracotta tiles, old stone steps, to reflect the ancient traditional Tuscan style. Many of the apartments at Renai have their original furnishings, which have been skilfully restored.

The apartments are on the first and ground floor.

Prices include:
- Bed linen and towels changed weekly. Further Bed linen or towels can be provided at an extra charge;
- Electric, water, gas, final cleaning;
- Use of the pool (open from1st May to 15th October - dates are flexible);
- Baby cot and high chair;

Prices do not include :
- Heating (charged at cost through a meter)
- Pets
- Extra bed/s
