Description Countryside holiday house Agriletizia

Holiday home 'Casale Agriletizia ' is very close to the beautiful Lago dell ' Accesa (3km), surrounded by hills, woods and fields and in the midst of unspoilt countryside.

You can 't fail to relax and unwind in the peace and tranquillity of this beautiful setting.
The land around Casale Agriletizia is completely fenced in. The outside area comprises:

Garden with garden furniture
Parking
Shared washing machine (extra fee)
A path leading directly from the grounds takes you along a pretty route to cool off near the delightful little waterfalls (400m).

The country style apartments with bare stone walls have recently been renovated using local Tuscan materials, having terracotta tile flooring and wooden beams.

The apartments, in two country farmhouses, are comfortably furnished in typical Tuscan style and have a cosy, welcoming feel.
There are eleven apartments: one studio apartment, six two-roomed apartments and four three-roomed, each with an equipped kitchenette (gas stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment) and satellite TV.

Studio apartment (for 1-2 people): bedroom/living room with kitchenette; bathroom; approx. 30sqm; ground floor; terrace.

Two-roomed apartment (for 2-4 people): living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed; bedroom; bathroom; approx 42sqm; ground floor or 1st floor; terrace or balcony.

Three-roomed apartment (for 4-6 people): living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed; two bedrooms; bathroom; approx 55sqm; ground floor or 1st floor; terrace or balcony.

Laundry service €3,5 per washing
bike and mountain bike rentals from €10,00 daily
caution €200 (weekly stay)

Restaurant booking service, ticket for Elba, exscursions, mountain bike excursion, carp fishing in the LAke of Accesa. Wi-fi connection for free in the common areas

Equipped kitchen with big fridge, electric hove, on request boilers, american coffe machine,toaster.... All the bathrooms has window, box shower. High chairs for baby and coat available.
