If you love tranquility, if you want to admire Florence from the hills, if you are fond of things genuine and simple, you can not but come to spend some 'time here at "The Poderaccio"
You will feel at home because the direction structure is familiar, we can seize all the fruits and vegetables that we grow, we can do together to jam with the fruit cultivated by yourself or if you come during the harvest and pressing of the olives ( end of October), you know the process of transformation from olive oil!
If you love peace of mind instead to sit and read a book maybe take a refreshing dip in our pool and get some sun, then you look in summer!
Do not forget that we are a stone's throw from Florence .... a cultural tour in the "Cradle of Art" is a must!
"The Poderaccio" is a typical Tuscan house divided into apartments of two, three, four or six people, consisting of bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, living room, fireplace, TV, ADSL internet, swimming pool, private parking.

The Farmhouse “Il Poderaccio” includes in the price some additional services such as:
Weekly sheets and towels change
Use of wood oven, wood included, for bread, pizza, cakes

Each has a fully equipped kitchenette, living room / relaxation room with fireplace, bedrooms with double or twin beds, bathroom with shower. We can take advantage of DTV (on request can also be connected via satellite), ADSL internet connection, underfloor heating, free parking on private area.
Possibility to use even just a bedroom with bathroom.
Breakfast
You will be provided with a trash can to prepare the breakfast in your apartment, and when you want, the basket contains direct production of jam, milk, coffee, toast bread, sugar, butter.

Santa Maria Novella train station: take tram and get off at Scandicci - please contact the owner!-

Abbiamo passato un soggiorno piacevolissimo al Poderaccio. Il luogo è tranquillo, pulito e pressochè nuovo. Quest'agriturismo gode di una posizione molto comoda: a pochi chilometri da Firenze e nello stesso tempo immerso negli uliveti e nell' incomparabile campagna toscana. Per di più, siamo stati accolti in modo molto caloroso da Davide e tutta la sua famiglia che si sono mostrati molto disponibili. Ci siamo promessi di ritornarci...

excellent for exploring tuscany by car
Fantastic farm house, our first experience and will definitely be doing farmhouses again. Davide who runs the place was very helpful and friendly, gave us maps, directions, made recommendations and made our holiday even better. The apartment and kitchen especially was very well equipped with appliances and utensils. Large yard with seating and great views as well as allocated outdoors seating area for every apartment. Large swimming pool plus a small pool for kids. Option of purchasing their own olive oil and jam too. Wireless internet included in room rate.
