The farmhouse is situated in the heart of tuscany hills, between volterra,famous etruscan and medioevale city, and san gimignano, famous all over the world for its characteristic towers. You can easly visit the most important towns of florence, siena, pisa. The sea is at just 40 minutes by car and a riding track is at just 5 minutes. Outside there is a swimmingpool with hydromassage system on one of the corner and there is a big olive grove all around. The farmhouse is also surraunded by 5 hectares of country with a little wood and a nice little lake. There is also a parking area. The farmhouse is the ideal way to spend a quiet holiday and pets are wellcome. There are 3 apartments,two downstairs,(ginestra and papavero) and one, the largest, upstairs (spiga). Apartment ginestra: max 4 sleeping places. In front of the independent entrance there is a gazebo with table and chairs. The apartment includes a living-room kitchen very equipped,with double-sofa bed, a boxroom, a complete bathroom for disabled, and one double room. The light fixtures and the lamps are made of terracotta handycraft and volterra’s alabaster. Apartment papavero: max 4 sleeping places. In front of the independent entrance there is a wide veranda with table and chairs. The veranda has wooden beamed ceiling. The apartment includes a living-room kitchen very equipped,with double-sofa bed, a boxroom, a complete bathroom, and one double room. The light fixtures and the lamps are made of terracotta handycraft and volterra’s alabaster. Apartment spiga: 3/6 sleeping places. It’s the largest apartment and it’s upstairs. At the entrance there is a terrace with a great view. The terrace is covered by wooden beamed ceiling and there are table with chairs. The apartment includes one big living-room kitchen very equipped,with double-sofa bed, a complete bathroom, two double rooms,one single room and one relax-room. The light fixtures and the lamps are made of terracotta handycraft and volterra’s alabaster.
