It has been recently restored on the full respect of the typical umbrian-tuscan house, maintaining the outside original style of the ancient farm house. Surrounded by trees, cultivated hills with wheat, olive trees and vineyard, it represents the typical umbrian farmhouse, set on a hilltop with a beautiful panoramic view on the surrounding countryside. r n“il borghetto di pedana” is located in an isolated position but only 10 minutes away from the historic centre of città di castello. For this reason it is the ideal place in which each one of us can imagine to spend an holiday of relax around the “green heart of italy”. The property lies in the umbria region but it is only few kilometers away the toscana and marche border.
