The farm is located in Barisardo, protected by the hills of "On Pranu", "Pitzu e Monti", and the plateau of "Teccu" covered with Mediterranean vegetation. The countryside is full of "Domus de Janas" and "Nuraghe".Near to the most beautiful beaches in the Ogliastra area and not far from picturesque mountain villages, the agriturismo is nestled in the traditional Mediterranean shrubland.

Restaurant Agritourisme Chiai Francesco

- We offer typical Sardinian tradition; our dishes are prepared with ingredients from by our farm. It starts appetizer of ham, olives, "coccoi", vegetables and cheese, "Casual ageru", fresh sheep cheese typical of the pastoral tradition, grilled vegetables from the garden of the house. Taste the "malloreddus" and "culurgioni" potato ravioli, cheese like ricotta, ravioli, mushroom, pasta with vegetable sauces.Pecorino cheese and seasonal vegetables. And for the desserts the "sebadas" the ravioli with ricotta and lemon, the "pardule", "orrubiolus" and many other sweets. The dinner ended with a good glass of myrtle.

Domaine Description (Bari Sardo)

Ogliastra is an area where sea and mountains combine to create breathtaking landscapes. You can discover the Gulf of Orosei, Goloritzè, Mariolu; Cala Luna, Orri, Cea, Torre di Bari, On Sirboni, Coccorrocci are just some of the beaches that capture the visitor's attention. A few steps from the sea there are Jerzu, Ulassai, Osini, the Selene forest, Santa Barbara, the amazing caves of Su Marmuri, the Gorroppu, the Golgo. Ogliastra is ancient and rich in history, culture, traditions, mystery, legends, stories.. a piece of paradise!

	Ottima struttura ristorante più che buono ,stanze molto confortevoli posizionato alla periferia di Barisardo, con le spiagge a pochi chilometri un salutò a tutto lo staff. (Excellent)

	dal momento che siamo arrivati abbiamo capito di essere in un posto speciale. Le stanze di nuova costruzione sono molto accoglienti, dotate di tutti i confort,mobili,frigorif,clima,tv..ecc. La cucina .....SUPERLATIVA !!! come qualità e quantità. Disponibilità assoluta a fare qualsiasi piatto diverso dal menù in caso di necessità.
