Put the butter in a bowl and mount it until it is a cream, adding sugar and a pinch of salt.<br>\n\u2013 Add the melted chocolate and then the egg yolks, one at a time, mixing thoroughly. Add the egg whites whipped up, the flour and mix delicately.<br>\n\u2013 Pour the mixture into a round mold\u00a0 of 24 cm covered with buttered baking paper. Put the cake for about 1 hour in an oven preheated to 160\u00b0.<br>\n\u2013 Turn out the cake, let cool, cut in half, fill with jam and put the two parts together.
