{"id":1340,"date":"2012-03-02T09:36:20","date_gmt":"2012-03-02T08:36:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.agriturismi.it\/en\/blog\/?p=1340"},"modified":"2014-11-07T16:07:41","modified_gmt":"2014-11-07T15:07:41","slug":"pies-of-puff-pastry-with-radicchio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.agriturismi.it\/en\/blog\/2012\/03\/pies-of-puff-pastry-with-radicchio\/","title":{"rendered":"Pies of puff pastry with radicchio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.agriturismi.it\/en\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/tortino_-sfoglia_-radicchio.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-1341\" title=\"Pies of puff pastry with radicchio easy recipe entries\" src=\"http:\/\/www.agriturismi.it\/en\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/tortino_-sfoglia_-radicchio.jpg\" alt=\"Pies of puff pastry with radicchio easy recipe entries\" width=\"260\" height=\"215\"><\/a>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 250 gr of puff pastry<br>\n\u2013 1 small head of radicchio<br>\n\u2013 2 spoons of extra virgin olive oil<br>\n\u2013 200 ml of vegetable stock<br>\n\u2013 salt and pepper<br>\n\u2013 1 spoon of balsamic vinegar<br>\n\u2013 100 ml of b\u00e9chamel<br>\n\u2013 40 g of\u00a0 Taleggio<br>\n\u2013 1 egg<br>\n<!--more--><br>\n<strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Preheat the oven to 200 \u00b0 C.<br>\n\u2013 Roll out the puff pastry into a disc of\u00a0 2-3 mm thick and cut it into 8 discs.<br>\n\u2013 Cover the pan with baking paper, put on the discs of puff pastry, pierce with a fork and bake for 20 minutes.<br>\n\u2013 Meanwhile, clean the radicchio, wash it and slice.<br>\n\u2013 Put the oil and the radicchio in a pan and cook few minutes over high heat. Add a ladle of vegetable broth, grated pepper and cook over medium heat. Add a pinch of salt and the balsamic vinegar then mix. Continue cooking a few minutes and turn off.<br>\n\u2013 Prepare the white sauce. Slice the Taleggio and remove the crust.<br>\n\u2013 Beat the egg yolk in a bowl and add a spoon of water to make it more fluid.<br>\n\u2013 Distribute on 4 of the 8 discs of puff pastry the b\u00e9chamel, radicchio and the slices of taleggio cheese.<br>\n\u2013 Cover with the remaining 4 discs and brush with egg yolk.<br>\n\u2013 Bake the pies for a few minutes.
