The route that starts from the towns of <strong>Poppi<\/strong> and <strong>Sansepolcro<\/strong>, continues in the green <em>Tuscan countryside<\/em>, arriving in <strong>Arezzo<\/strong> and <strong>Castiglione Fiorentino<\/strong>, who still preserve the traces of their glorious past. Then the itinerary reaches the ancient Etruscan settlement of <strong>Cortona<\/strong> until arriving at the small medieval village of <strong>Lucignano<\/strong>; the route that winds through the <em>gentle Tuscan hills<\/em>, continues to <strong>Montepulciano<\/strong>, home of Vino Nobile, and <strong>Montalcino<\/strong>, home of Vino Brunello and then reaches <strong>Siena<\/strong>, known for the famous Palio, which preserves the testimonies of the splendor achieved in the Middle Ages and Renaissance.
