{"id":1615,"date":"2012-04-12T10:05:02","date_gmt":"2012-04-12T09:05:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.agriturismi.it\/en\/blog\/?p=1615"},"modified":"2014-11-07T16:07:51","modified_gmt":"2014-11-07T15:07:51","slug":"pasta-with-onions-and-anchovies-sauce","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.agriturismi.it\/en\/blog\/2012\/04\/pasta-with-onions-and-anchovies-sauce\/","title":{"rendered":"Pasta with onions and anchovies sauce"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.agriturismi.it\/en\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/Pasta-with-onions2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-1616\" title=\"Pasta-with-onions sauce first course\" src=\"http:\/\/www.agriturismi.it\/en\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/Pasta-with-onions2.jpg\" alt=\"Pasta-with-onions sauce first course\" width=\"260\" height=\"215\"><\/a><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 4 anchovy fillets in oil<br>\n\u2013 150 g of white onions<br>\n\u2013 3-4 sprigs of parsley<br>\n\u2013 1 spoon of olive oil<br>\n\u2013 250 ml of vegetable stock<br>\n\u2013 black pepper and salt<br>\n\u2013\u00a0 160 g of pasta<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br>\n<strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Drain the anchovies and chop them coarsely.<br>\n\u2013 Peel the onions, cut into pieces and chop finely in a blender until the mixture is creamy.<br>\n\u2013 Wash the parsley, select the leaves and chop finely.<br>\n\u2013 Put the oil in a pan the onion cream and cook over high heat for a couple of minutes, then add half ladle of broth, the grated pepper, a pinch of salt and cook covered over medium heat for 5 minutes.<br>\n\u2013 Add the chopped anchovies and continue cooking until the onions do not mix well, then turn off.
