Dry them well and cut the top so as to cut out small  containers.<br>\nSo they dug inside with a spoon and turn it over so well  ditches.<br>\nPrepare the couscous as written in the box to speed things up  we will use the precooked.<br>\nIt is cooked in  vegetable broth for about 15 minutes. Let cool a few  minutes and season with salt, oil, lemon and parsley.
