\nA typical Tuscan menu normally consists of:
\n3 Tuscan appetizers: crostini with mushrooms, chicken liver and vegetable frittatas
\nmain dish: pasta, risotto or soup
\nsecond course: meat or fish with vegetables

\npaired wines (white, red): a bottle every two people
