The maximum number of seats at the <strong>restaurant<\/strong> should be of 60 units: if the business is carried out for a maximum period of 120 days per year, that number may rise to 80.<\/p>\n<p>At the time of the application for the opening of the company, the aspiring owner must submit documentation of full <strong>compliance with the sanitary regulations<\/strong>.
