Cooking has been profoundly influenced by the Greeks and the Arabs, and has among its main recipes <strong>macaroni<\/strong>, sausages, among them the famous <strong>\u2018nduja<\/strong>, and <strong>stockfish<\/strong> declined in many variations.<br>\nWines: The most important Calabrian wines are Bivongi and red Pollino.<br>\n<strong> <span style=\"color: #fdb812;\">Events<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Those who are going to take a trip to Calabria in the coming weeks will be in full season of <strong>festivals<\/strong>.
