4 mozzarella di bufala (or more if they are size small)
\n4 ripe tomatoes
\nfresh basil
\nextra virgin olive oil
\nsalt and pepper<\/p>\n

PREPARATION:
\nSlice the mozzarella and tomato dish available in alternate way.
\nAlternate the tomato and mozzarella and basil leaves to a previously washed and dried between a slice and the next.
\nSeason with plenty of oil, a pinch of salt and pepper.
\nServe with slices of Tuscan bread.<\/p>\n
