Regional food speciality: \"Olive_ascolane - Marche\"<\/a>Ingredients:<\/strong>
\n\u2013 \u00bd stick of celery
\n\u2013 \u00bd carrot
\n\u2013 1 onion
\n\u2013 150 grams of pork meat
\n\u2013 50 g of veal meat
\n\u2013 50 g of chicken meat
\n\u2013 50 g of turkey meat
\n\u2013 Extra virgin olive oil
\n\u2013 White wine<\/p>\n

\u2013 2 eggs
\n\u2013 100 g Parmigiano Reggiano
\n\u2013 Nutmeg
\n\u2013 50 grams of olives
\n\u2013 flour
\n\u2013 breadcrumbs
\n\u2013 salt<\/p>\n

Preparation:<\/strong>
\n\u2013 Wash the celery and carrot, peel the onion and chopped everything and fry in a pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
\n\u2013 Add the meat cut into small pieces and let cook for a few minutes over high heat.
\n\u2013 Add a glass of white wine and cook for about ten minutes on medium heat.
\n\u2013 Put them in a mixer and mince.
\n\u2013 In a bowl, put the minced meat, 1 egg, the Parmesan and nutmeg.
\n\u2013 Cut the olives with a knife starting from the stem and add the mix (meats and vegetables) inside the olives.
\n\u2013 Pass them in flour, beaten egg and in bread crumbs.
\n\u2013 In a pan fry the olives.
\n\u2013 Serve immediately.<\/p>\n
