These days a very relevant document was presented, The Report of Food Farming 2012, sponsored by the collaboration between the Region of Emilia Romagna and Unioncamere.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Among the data which received most attention it is worth noting the<strong> increase of farmhouses<\/strong>. Despite the obvious difficulties of managing agricultural activities in general, 2012 was a year that saw a<strong> growth in the number of farmhouses by 2%<\/strong>, with an interesting <strong>increase in the presence of tourists who decided to spend their holidays in the middle of the nature (approximately 4.5%).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>These positive data lead to optimism for the reconstruction work, following the earthquake damages that have been estimated at more than two billion euros.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Little more than one year has passed from the devastating earthquake that hit part of Emilia Romagna, a land where agriculture plays a vital role.
