A beautiful property of the 19th century, rebuilt and run by the family of Mr. Lorenzo, the manager who tells us with passion and dedication to his choice and its origins.<\/span><\/p>\n

What motivated you to undertake this activity?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

This is a family business. My family has noble origins, and the territory in which Farmhouse Monte Giove lies is our property since the 1800s. Like all noble families, we owned a villa in Fano and a summer residence here in the hills. And in orde to recover these buildings and for economic reasons, we decided to renovate the properties and turn them into a farmhouse.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Which type of facilities are included in the farmhouse?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Monte Giove is composed of: a stable, a farm house and a villa. The first two ones host apartments of various sizes, and the third one, the old summer residence of the family, is used as a bed and breakfast.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

What characterizes the area in which your farmhouse is located?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

We are immersed and surrounded by 10 hectares of olive grove owned and cultivated with organic agricultural products. The view of the surrounding hills is breathtaking and on one of our neighboring hills stands the Hermitage of Monte Giove crossroads of the Camaldolesi (Benedictine)monks.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

What kind of services you offer to your guests?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

In addition to the three residences, we also offer a swimming pool and whirlpool; we promote activities and events on site and in the area, we organize excursions in the surrounding area for groups.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Are there any special places of interest close-by?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Of course, the farmhouse is in a strategic point, near Fano, so close to the beaches, surrounded by natural parks and just 50 km from Urbino; so, in the middle of the \u201cLands of Raphael.\u201d<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
