We are in the middle of summer, but the flavors of the Italian cuisine have a charm without seasons. <!--more-->So today we go on a little journey through some of the upcoming events, starting from the <strong>Sausage Festival of Morlupo (province of <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.agriturismi.it\/en\/rome\" target=\"_blank\">Rome<strong><\/strong><\/a><strong>), which will be staged on 26 and 27 Octobe<\/strong>r, and that will be a great feast, now at its 47th edition.<\/p>\n<p>For anyone who is in the province of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.agriturismi.it\/en\/ferrara\" target=\"_blank\">Ferrara<\/a> an\u00a0\u00a0interesting event is the <strong>Festival of \u201cSalamina da sugo\u201d, which will take place on September 20th in Madonna Boschi.<\/strong> It is an entire day dedicated to one of the most important dishes of the province of Ferrara.<\/p>\n<p>Going back to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.agriturismi.it\/en\/lazio\" target=\"_blank\">Lazio<\/a>, for October 6 we recommend the <strong>Feast of Porchetta in Poggio Bustone<\/strong> (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.agriturismi.it\/en\/rieti\" target=\"_blank\">Rieti<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>The autumn feasts, particularly those dedicated to meat, are unique opportunities to discover the craft side of Italian cuisine, a magic that can be lived more fully by <strong>staying at a farmhouse<\/strong>, and choosing among the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.agriturismi.it\/en\/lastminute\/\" target=\"_blank\">offers we have selected for you<\/a>!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The autumn feasts are a triumph of colors and fragrances that has no equal.
