{"id":4697,"date":"2013-12-20T12:40:10","date_gmt":"2013-12-20T11:40:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.agriturismi.it\/en\/blog\/?p=4697"},"modified":"2014-11-07T16:14:44","modified_gmt":"2014-11-07T15:14:44","slug":"chocolate-cakes-brownies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.agriturismi.it\/en\/blog\/2013\/12\/chocolate-cakes-brownies\/","title":{"rendered":"Chocolate cakes: Brownies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.agriturismi.it\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-4701\" alt=\"brownies\" src=\"http:\/\/www.agriturismi.it\/en\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/brownies1.jpg\" width=\"260\" height=\"215\"><\/a>Ingredients<\/strong><br>\n\u2013 120 g of dark chocolate<br>\n\u2013 80 g of butter<br>\n\u2013 80 g of wheat flour type 00<br>\n\u2013 1 teaspoon of baking powder<br>\n\u2013 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract<br>\n\u2013 200 g of sugar<br>\n\u2013 50 g of roasted hazelnuts<br>\n\u2013 2 eggs<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><strong>Preparation<\/strong><br>\n\u2013 Chop the chocolate coarsely, cut the butter into small pieces and melt over very low heat.<br>\n\u2013 Meanwhile, in a bowl sift the flour and mix the yeast, sugar and the vanilla extract.<br>\n\u2013 Coarsely chop the hazelnuts.<br>\n\u2013 When the chocolate has melted, wait until it has cooled down, then add the eggs.<br>\n\u2013 Then add the powders with a whisk being very careful not to form lumps.<br>\n\u2013 Add the chopped hazelnuts, stirring with a wooden spoon.<br>\n\u2013 Use a square baking tray about 20 cm to the side and cover it with baking paper.<br>\n\u2013 Pour the mixture well and smooth it with a spatula.<br>\n\u2013 Bake in a preheated oven at 180\u00b0 C for about 35 minutes.<br>\n\u2013 Once the cake has warmed cut it into square pieces of about 5 cm per side.
