DAY 1: FRIDAY, 17th September
\n9:30 a.m. \u2013 Meet at Agriturismo \u201cValle dei Calanchi\u201d
\nCheck-in to rooms
\nWelcome drink and presentation of guides and program
\n11:30 a.m. \u2013 Depart on foot for the \u201cValle del Laghi\u201d with stop at the \u201cfonte del Bistecchio\u201d natural spring carved by the Etruscans.
\nPicnic lunch en-route
\n15:30 p.m. \u2013 Return to Agritursimo. Free time to enjoy the pool and relax. You might want to visit the nearby hilltown of Orvieto.
\n7:30 p.m.- Meet with guides for description of walk the next day.
\n8:00p.m. \u2013 Dinner served in Agriturismo (appetizer, first dish, second dish, vegetable, dessert, wine, water and coffee)<\/p>\n

DAY 2: SATURDAY 18th September 2010
\n7:30 a.m. \u2013 Breakfast served
\n8:30 a.m. \u2013 Departure on foot for the Valley of Civita
\n12:00 \u2013 arrival in Civita. Free time for photographs.
\n12:30 p.m. \u2013 Lunch at a local \u201cBruschetteria\u201d including locally grown products along with local cheese, water and wine included. Bruschetta is a dish loved by all. Served in the traditional method: Bread toasted over the wood burning fire topped with home-grown delicacies like: olive paste, eggplants, mushrooms, truffles, olive oil and garlic,\u00a0 or a favorite with tomates and basil.
\n3:30 p.m. \u2013 Return by bus in Agriturismo with free time to enjoy views and pool. Again, you might want to visit the nearby town of Orvieto.
\n7:30 p.m. \u2013 Meet with guides for description of trek the following day.
\n8:00 p.m. \u2013 Dinner served in Agriturismo<\/p>\n

DAY 3: SUNDAY 19th\u00a0 September 2010
\n7:30 \u2013 Breakfast served
\n8:30 \u2013 Depart by bus for trail head. Hike through the \u201cValley of the Calanchi\u201d\u00a0 along the trail of the Bascilica of Sant\u2019Antonio, protector of the valley.
\n11:00 \u2013 Estimated time of arrival at destination. Free time for photos.
\n12:00 \u2013 Pic-nic lunch where all participants must collaborate: enjoy the food, drink a lot and no worries for the return as we will offer a Jeep Service for the return to the agriturismo.
\n16:00 \u2013 Estimated time of arrival at Agriturismo e departure for home.<\/p>\n
