It \u2018s a growing market particularly in Italy and is a trend that is gaining ground even though there are rules that govern.<br>\nThe question concerns the actual \u2018clean\u2019 salad that reaches even cost 15euro per kilo. Unfortunately, recent reports have spread of data is not very encouraging regarding the more or less known brands of ready-made salads.<br>\nEating vegetables is good but it\u2019s ok to risk rather than lose time to wash myself?
