The "Domus de Goene" Farmhouse was founded in 2008 by my wish, Marina Loi, and by my husband Mario Loddo. With our children Silvia and Marco we embark on this adventure with the aim of making our land love and the products that with difficulty, but also joy, grow and prepare during the year. Our farm is a real oasis of peace and tranquility. What makes the structure special is the subdivision into four totally independent villas located on a hill, surrounded by our vineyards that give good wine Cannonau. From your cottage you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and at night, with the lights off, admire the wonderful stars surrounded by an unusual tranquility that will allow you to listen to the songs of nature. All guests who stay will be able to get in touch with many farm animals to cuddle like goats, horses, dogs, cats, rabbits and many others. The location of the Domus de Goene farm allows you to have a nice swim in the morning and in the afternoon go for a hike in the mountains!

Services Farm-house

In our farmhouse we offer a swimming pool service to ensure further relaxation and enjoy the peace surrounded by nature. Our peculiarity is that in each accommodation there is a kitchen so that you can better organize your stay. There is air conditioning and WI-FI in all rooms. Parking is available on site adjacent to the villas. By reservation it is possible to taste our dishes but not only, it is possible to book dinner directly in the villa.

The kitchen of our farm uses above all materials coming from the farm. Most of these products are processed during the year to get various seasonings and then be offered to our customers. We have chosen and we make a kitchen at KM 0 "From production to table" with products of own production including vegetables grown in our garden a few meters from the kitchen, meats, cheeses, pasta, bread, jams, biscuits , the pies and pies we offer for breakfast. We offer our typical appetizers, made with seasonal vegetables prepared in every way, salami of various kinds (such as ham, salami, bacon or "grandula") olives, various types of sirloin, "Coccoi prena" a typical pie of Ogliastra that preserves all the fresh taste of mint in the soft filling of potatoes, "casu agedu" a fresh cheese with a sour taste that is produced throughout the year with sheep or goat's milk. Then we bring to the table the "maloreddus" and "culurgiones" a filling of potatoes, cheese and mint strictly hand-closed, all typical products of Ogliastrina cuisine. You can not miss the roast suckling pig, or the roast and stewed lamb and sheep meat and others. Everything is accompanied with our Cannonau wine. All this can not end with our sweets from the "sebadas" to the formaggelle and many other dry desserts. All washed down by the prince of Sardinian wines, the cannonau. And to finish the digestive meal of company production (myrtle, brandy, limoncello).

Breakfast

Breakfast is served on the veranda of the restaurant, agreeing on the time the night before. We offer our guests a wide choice of buffet that includes: eggs of our own production, typical cold cuts, cheese, bread, cake, yogurt, homemade jams, various desserts, dried fruit, seasonal fruit, juices, coffee, milk, cappuccino.

Surroundings (Loceri)

Ogliastra offers numerous beaches alternating with breathtaking coves and rocks of various colors, rocky nature, all surrounded by beautiful pine forests and lush Mediterranean vegetation. A few minutes from the house you can find the beach of Cea and the lido di Orri (equipped beaches). At 15km you can reach the Carmine park and the Selene park to refresh yourself in the shade of centuries-old holm oaks, chestnut trees and strawberry trees. 10 minutes from the cottages you can visit the Cherie Nuraghe which thanks to the local guides will make you appreciate and understand the majestic projects of these ancient populations.
