Location: 640 meters above sea level, 20 kilometers from Noto and 7 kilometers from Palazzolo Acreide (a town designated as a World Heritage site by U.N.E.S.C.O.), in a strategic geographical position close to the main historical, artistic and natural sites in South-EastSicily: half an hour’s drive to Cavagrande Nature Reserve, Syracuse, Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Pantalica Necropolis & Nature Reserve and the beaches. Rooms with private bathroom fully equipped, gardens, patio, infinity pool, daily room service and breakfast service. A terrace in Sicilian Terracotta tiles (about 800 square metres) surrounds the buildings. The terrace is equipped with tables and iron chairs and it is surrounded by 3000 square meters of garden. Inside the property there is a large parking and an infinity swimming pool with a solarium equipped with sun beds. At disposal of the guests a common room where reading material (guide books, pamphlets information, leaflets and local maps). In the rooms, all en suite, great care is given to details. Each room has a separate entrance, patio and is tastefully decorated with the owners’ personal antiques. In room: minibar, fridge, TV, telephone, private bathroom with hair-dryer and courtesy set.
