Who we are

Residence Mariagiulia is set at the foot of the ancient village of Corciano, just 15 minutes from downtown Perugia, surrounded by 7 hectares of enchanting nature, among woods, orchards, walnut trees, olive trees and typical vegetation of the Umbrian countryside. The structure, located in a restored 1600 farmhouse with the most mode housing and comfort techniques, consists of 14 apartments, including studios, two- and three-room apartments.

All apartments are beautifully finished and furnished by resuming the classical Umbrian farmhouse (rough terracotta floors, wooden kitchenettes, wrought iron beds) with addition of all mode comforts (air conditioning system, TV, wi-fi, twilight lighting, central laundry room, home automation system for the control of consumptions, linen and towels, crockery set).
