The Gran Sasso National Park is extended for more than 160.000 hectares, 135.000 of them located in Abruzzo. It is composed of 44 cities, the Gran Sasso Mountains and Laga Mountains. The Corno Grande is the higher Apennino’s top and it is part of this area. It is possible to see a lot of itineraries to find natural and historical treasures by walking, cycling, riding crossing ancient villages, archaeological areas, castles, shrines, abbeys, churches, hermitages and caverns.
