The Galbusera Bianca Restaurant offers organic and natural cuisine, with a prevalence of vegetarian and vegan dishes based on the excellent flavours of our gardens, and traditional meat dishes from farms that care for animal welfare. The restaurant seats 120 people indoors and 40 outdoors in the renovated courtyard of the farmhouse. The tasting and a la carte menus are simple and natural, vegetarian, vegan and traditional with meat; they harmoniously combine the flavours of zero km products from our biodynamic organic farm and respect the seasons and rhythms of nature. In the rustic bar made from old doors, next to the restaurant, you can enjoy appetising platters of cold meats, cheeses and salads. On request theme evenings, banquets, weddings and business lunches in the spacious and colourful restaurant premises; for a 'green' experience, snacks on the lawns of the WWF Oasis for Biodiversity of Galbusera Bianca, in Brianza - Lombardy, 40 km north of Milan towards Lecco and 20 km from Lake Como.
