	We stayed here for five wonderful days. Andrea, the receptionist plus everything else was so helpful in many ways, e.g. I saw a hot air balloon rising close to us one morning, so I inquired about having that experience. She phoned one of the local companies, ‘Balloon In Tuscany’ and organised the terrific experience for us. Our treatment was superb. Andrea would have to be one of the most pleasant happy people we have come in contact with for a long time. Buildings so authentic, view spectacular (好)
