The restaurant Casal Cerqueto provides our guests with a wide and varied menu with dishes that evoke the real traditional Umbrian cuisine: original, tasty and simple but most of all genuine. Our chef offers those flavors that most of us have lost or forgotten. All recipes are typical of the area, and many of these have been handed down from our grandmothers, revised with care to keep the traditional taste by using products selected from local farmers. Our bread, cakes and some of the pastries are prepared daily. The restaurant hall is air conditioned and has large windows that guarantee a beautiful view over the green hills of the estate. There is also a veranda where, especially in summer, you can have breakfast or just relax while enjoying the atmosphere of the country. The food and wine tastings are one of the traditions of our company. Together with experts you can taste the most famous wines of the area, and have samples of the typically Umbrian finger food. We also organize oil tastings for those who want to add to their experience the “ability” to recognize the different flavors of this precious and healthy ingredient of our cuisine. You can also attend our cooking classes so you can lea how to prepare umbricelli, the Umbrian bread, the delicious “torta al testo”, the focaccia (sort of flat flavored bun), the "arvoltoli" and the almond cookies. Once you get here, you will get what we are talking about!

	la sturttura è incantovole ed è situata in mezzo alla natura, perfetta per chi vuole trovare un angolo di tranquillità non trascurando il fatto che si trova in una posizione baricentrica in Umbria che ti permette di essere vicino a tutti i luoghi di interesse. Non posso esimermi nel fare un commento sia per quanto riguarda la sig.ra Marlene che suo figlio Marco; persone stupende cordiali affabili e disponibilissime e posso garantirvi che trasudano passione ed amore per il loro lavoro. 	Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo weekend in questa incantevole country house immersa nelle verdi colline umbre. La cura del posto e dei dettagli è eccezionale, per non parlare dell'ospitalità e cortesia con cui i proprietari ci hanno accolti. Colazione a buffet buonissima, piena di dolci e crostate fatte in casa; abbiamo usufruito del ristorante anche per cena e siamo rimasti molto molto soddisfatti dalla qualità dei piatti tipici proposti.
