Description La Mela

The farm has nine hectors and produces olive oil, wine, fruits and cereals.
Restoration works, finished in 2003, have maintained the particular architecture and rural aspects of the ceilings, flooring, windows and doors.
The furnishings are simple and, in keeping with the typical furniture of the epoch, comfortable and complete.

Three apartments have completely furnished kitchens (sink, gas stove, electric oven, fridge, dishware) and one double room with bath.
All apartments have an independent entrance, private bath with shower, heating system, television with satellite, combination safe, private outside areas with tables and chairs and lounges.

Services Agritourisme

Farm products are sold at the reception, where is also available material on the main resorts in the region.
For customers is available a swimming pool 14 meters long and 6 wide, and 140 cm deep.
It is possible to organise excursions (trekking and mountain bike) in the area and region and guided tours of the principle cities of art in Umbria.
In our farm animals are reared poultry and is available to customers a summer vegetable garden.
It's available a children's play area and, nearby, there are tennis courts, soccer fields and a riding school.

The farmhouse is 7 km from Todi and 1.5 kilometers from the Shrine of Merciful Love of Collevalenza.
