Located in the heart of the Maremma region, surrounded by a landscape that is unforgettable, and immersed in a culture of popular and culinary traditions that have made this part of Italy unique, Podere Carceroni reveals itself as a special setting at the very first glance.A place to spend a romantic weekend, or leisurely evenings with the family, a place to organise a meeting with colleagues, or just to relax for an afternoon, a place to taste prestige wines and try out some of the local cheeses with Valeria, your hostess.Valeria, Roman by birth, and an architect, decided to leave her career in Milan to follow her passion as chef and sommelier, opening a farmhouse holiday villa with her husband, with whom she shares her passion for fine wines.And so the idea was bo to bring the farmhouse of Podere Carceroni back to life, to create a place where gourmet food and fine wines are combined with flare and creativity in an unforgettable setting.

	Ringrazio i gestori per lo splendito weekend che abbiamo trascorso al podere - La struttura è veramente splendida e ben curata (si è totalmente immersi nel verde della Toscana) - Siamo stati benissimo e speriamo di tornare prestisssimo! (Bon)
