A place to spend a romantic weekend, or leisurely evenings with the family, a place to organise a meeting with colleagues, or just to relax for an afternoon, a place to taste prestige wines and try out some of the local cheeses with Valeria, your hostess. Valeria, Roman by birth, and an architect, decided to leave her career in Milan to follow her passion as chef and sommelier, opening a farmhouse holiday villa with her husband, with whom she shares her passion for fine wines. And so the idea was bo to bring the farmhouse of Podere Carceroni back to life, to create a place where gourmet food and fine wines are combined with flare and creativity in an unforgettable setting.
