The Morami country house has 9 well appointed apartments, in the tranquillity and green of the countryside and the peace of the lake. Each apartment combines the pleasure of a spacious recently refurbished interior with the beauty of a historical building furnished with style and taste. Guests will find a vast selection of restaurants from which to choose or if they prefer they can avail of the apartment’s kitchen.

It is the story of a family and its territory and a history and land that give a sense to tradition; with this in mind, what could be more natural than wanting to create a fine wine that should establish the family’s link with its heritage and give back something to the land with which it so inextricably linked. That is why we took a look at tradition and new trends, we chose the finest grapes and the most promising combinations to give meaning to a story to be told with a wine that we are sure will keep its place in your memory. The vineyard and the wine are the fruit of love, the tradition that links us to our land never far from the mind. Several refurbished country houses for tourism are to be found on the domain, they date back to the 18th century and are connected by evocative tree lined avenues.

There is a garden and a 16m. swimming pool with a geyser, bubble pools and large steps into the pool for those who simply want to relax. Long avenues run across the domain, between the houses and down to the lake. Many activities are available such as: mountain biking around the lake, horseriding, tennis, canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, fishing and birdwatching. Typical specialties from the area and from the Morami domain will give you the chance to taste fine wine and olive oil and will leave you with the memory of a wonderful holiday.

The house is warm and welcoming and is set amidst the beautiful surroundings of Lake Trasimeno, just a few kilometres from Perugia and Arezzo. It is the ideal place to sit back and relax in the quiet of the Umbrian countryside. It is also the perfect location from which to partake in the many activities on and around Lake Trasimeno and from which to visit the beautiful Umbrian countryside. Whatever you do you will be rewarded with a myriad of sensations and emotions. Its proximity to some of Italy’s most famous cities and towns means that day trips to Florence, Perugia, Assisi, San Gimignano and Cortona are easy. The fact that I Morami is so close to other hidden jewels will give you the chance to discover and experience them for yourselves. And of course, don’t forget the ferries to the islands on Lake Trasimeno.
