Travelling with our four-legged friend is convenient! The answer is the “Doggy Day“, the new initiative of Agriturismi.it dedicated to all those who wish to leave with their faithful friend. From April 19th to April 28th 2013, over 100 Italian farmhouses are ready to offer a discount ranging from 20% to 40% to anyone who arrives with his or her dog.
Guests will have the chance to enjoy not only a discounted stay, but also many different activities put forward by the farmhouses that participate in the Doggy Day: for our four-legged friends, walks in the wide meadows and woods surrounding the facilities, special menus created to satisfy our dog’s palate and games in the open air; for people natural excursions, activities, tastings of organic products, cooking courses, dedicated menus and, obviously, nice gadgets and activities to make our dog happy and involved.
Animals are the protagonists of the Doggy Day, which for two weeks opens the doors of a great number of wonderful farmhouses surrounded by nature, ready to welcome our best friends. An event aimed at increasing people’s awareness of the abandonment of dogs, at making us save money at a difficult time and at affirming that on holiday it must be possible to travel with our inseparable four-legged friend.
