Details:

Ingredients:
6 people
6 tomatoes ‘cuori di bue’ or large tomatoes
350/400 g precooked  couscous (depending on the size of the tomatoes)
1 small yellow pepper
150 g Greek feta
fresh parsley
dried dill
few drops of lemon
vegetable broth
extra virgin  olive oil
salt
Preparation:
Carefully wash the tomatoes, taking care  not to ruin them. Dry them well and cut the top so as to cut out small  containers.
So they dug inside with a spoon and turn it over so well  ditches.
Prepare the couscous as written in the box to speed things up  we will use the precooked.
It is cooked in  vegetable broth for about 15 minutes. Let cool a few  minutes and season with salt, oil, lemon and parsley. Add the pieces of  yellow pepper, diced feta dill dried.
Lightly salt the  tomatoes and fill them with seasoned couscous.
Decorated with  dried dill and extra virgin olive oil.
