Details:
Running time: 30 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
4 people
350 g Fusilli
4o5 zucchini
3 eggs
100 grams of Parmigiano
onion
extra virgin  olive oil
salt and pepper
parsley
PREPARATION:
Sauté onion, cut  into small pieces in olive oil.
Prepare water for  the pasta and cook it just bubbles as indicated on the package. Drain al dente.
Wash and cut zucchini into very small  pieces so that when you go to cook a sauce becomes grainy.
Add the fried  zucchini seasoned with salt, pepper and Parmesan.
Cook zucchini until soft.
Beat eggs in  a bowl.
Once the pasta is cooked, stir in the sauce of zucchini and add  the eggs previously beaten.
Garnish with parmesan and parsley.
