Description Il Barchetto
The Guest House consists of seven wide apartments : Six two-room apartments and one single- room with kitchen facilities. There are three rooms with en suite bathroom. The late-19th c. rural building has mantained all its original character with the internal spaces having been carefully restructured. The apartments have individual heating and air conditioning, micro wave ovens, TV sets and mosquito nets on the windows On the ground floor there are: - common room with games, library and stereo - breakfast room where guests can eat their meals (the Guest House does not provide meals but does offer the use of an automatic tea and coffe machine in this room) - disabled facilities in one of the room with double entrance (call in advance for more details on level of disabled facilities) - thesingle room aparment is built within the ex-oven adjacent to the house with its characteristic bare brick double arcade The reception is located in the old stables. In the near future it will be used for cultural and didactic activities such as exhibitions, family farm, music and painting courses.
