Founded in 2003, the Rocce Bianche’s Agriturismo perfectly complements the agro pastoral activities that have been carried out here for over 50 years. Indeed, we pride ourselves on serving the delicious products of both our own and neighbouring farms. The owners, Roberto Cavalli and his wife M.Pina Borgia (a relative of the noble Lucretia Borgia) delight guests with their excellent local cuisine and this has without doubt contributed to the great success of our Agriturismo! The Rocce Bianche Agriturismo is located between Arbus and Fluminimaggiore, Sardinia, in the wild, unspoilt southweste part of this wonderful island. From here you can easily access many stunning beaches. The most beautiful, Scivu and Piscinas, are the closest and are only 15 km away from the farm! Nestling in the countryside amongst the greenery and magnificent Cork Oak trees, the Rocce Bianchi rooms and bungalows are spacious, quiet and provide you with every comfort. As we are situated in the hills away from the villages, you can enjoy stargazing and see beautiful night skies as never before! The absence of traffic noise and ideal summer night temperatures (a pleasant 20°c) mean that sleep quality is excellent. The delicious food is one of the highlights of Rocce Bianche. The cuisine is simple and authentic, very varied and plentiful! Every evening you can taste homemade Sardinian dishes, with local wine, water and digestifs included! Dinner takes place at long, convivial tables and is the opportunity to meet other guests, make friends and exchange tips on your favourite beaches and places to visit! At the end of a good meal, finished in style with the homemade local speciality “mirto” or other delicious liquors, why not stay and chat, sing songs with Stefano, take a walk to admire the stars or even, for the more energetic…….play in a tournament of ping pong! Nestling in a magnificent mountain location, ideally situated for discovering the surrounding area, with a beautiful swimming pool and excellent cuisine, Rocce Bianche is the ideal place for those seeking relaxation, fabulous beaches and stunning scenery with the added bonus of the taste of good home-cooked food!

The Rocce Bianche restaurant is in our main building. It is built in traditional Sardinian style with particular attention to detail that make it beautiful both outside (with a large stone patio) and inside, with wooden furniture and ceiling, stone shelves and mantelpiece, two imposing stone support columns and an enormous fireplace built in rock! Our Cuisine Our cuisine is the highlight of the agriturismo! The food we serve is authentic, plentiful and cooked according to true Sardinian tradition. Rediscover the pleasures of true flavours and of homemade products cooked with genuine homegrown ingredients. The vegetables we serve come from our garden. The pastas, such as ricotta and potato ravioli, are homemade. The main courses, such as roast pork, wild boar, lamb stew and roast chicken, are our own, from animals we raise. Our Pecorino cheese is made from the milk from our sheep; and the Sardinian desserts are also homemade. To finish your meal, we offer you a delicious local digestif such as mirto, white mirto, limoncello, mandarine, corbezzo or filu ferru (grappa): all are homemade with generations-old family recipes. As you surely have understood, dinner is all-inclusive: generous appetizers, homemade pasta, one or two main courses, side dishes, fruit, dessert, red wine and liqueurs (beverages included). We are sure you will not be disappointed!
