Our restaurant is directed by Chef Alessandro Giglio, specialized in typical Sicilian cuisine and traditional cooking that he reproduces with a touch of elegance in the presentation of dishes. It offers a cuisine aimed at enhancing the excellence of the territory with the use of artisanal and Km0 products. Moreover, the true jewel of our kitchen are the organic raw materials of our own production (such as, for example, extra virgin olive oil, cereals, vegetables, produce, fruit). The restaurant always works by reservation.

Appetizers based on Organic and Km0 products.
Among the House specialties: Meat Sushi, Crostone with Km0 Ricotta, Chicory Croquette with pine nuts and Km0 cheese in citrus sauce, Organic Eggplant Parmigiana.
First courses of meat and fish
Among the house specialties: Busiate with Sicilian Pesto, Carrettiera with Organic Dried Tomato, Carbonara with Crispy Km0 Guanciale and eggs from our Hens, Pasta with Rabbit Ragù, Asparagus and Guanciale Risotto

A presto. Famiglia Lattuca
