Castiglione di Sicilia a town marks the boundary of the valley, apparently hanged on the so-called "Valle dell 'Alcantara ". Enchanted landscapes are everywhere: green mountain tops - the Nebrodi and Peloritani - inhabited by the golden eagle; mount Etna covered with snow; the waterfalls and crystal clear water of the Alcantara river, crossing the valley before flowing into the Ionian sea. The Farmhouse specializes in the cultivation of quality products such as late peaches, nectarines, wine, olive oil... Fully renovated cottages - one or two rooms with bathroom and kitchen - can now lodge tourist, keeane up with tradition.
