Farm-house Fattoria Manostalla Villa Chiarelli

In the heart of our farm, our agriturismo's restaurant offers a unique culinary experience that combines Sicilian tradition with organic authenticity. Each dish is prepared with fresh, genuine ingredients, grown directly on our land following organic farming principles. We offer a tasting menu that changes with the seasons, where every course tells the story of the region’s flavors, from extra virgin olive oil to the fragrant vegetables from our garden.

It’s a journey into the authentic tastes of Sicily, accompanied by a selection of high-quality local wines. Our restaurant is also a meeting place for food enthusiasts. Throughout the year, we organize culinary events, themed dinners, show cooking, and guided tastings to discover Sicilian gastronomic traditions and the secrets of sustainable cuisine. Come and discover the true taste of Sicily, where every dish is a tribute to nature and a passion for cooking.
