The Acetaia Sereni Farmhouse B&B and restaurant is an oasis of peace, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and a pond. It is ideal for getting to know at first hand how Modena's famous “Black Gold” is produced, for relaxing holidays, or for corporate team building events. The fine view and uncontaminated natural surroundings will make all kinds of urban pollution seem far away, even though the farm is strategically located 300 metres above sea level, close to the cities of Modena and Bologna and the towns of Vignola, Castelvetro and Maranello, which offer opportunities for sightseeing, shopping and food and wine tours.

The farm has just a few beautifully furnished rooms immersed in the quiet of our hills, which give our guests the opportunity for a well-deserved rest or to enjoy one of the many activities available. They have a terrace, heating and air conditioning, minibar, TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer and wirless. In addition, there are 2 apartments with extra kitchen, living room and separate entrance.

The swimming pool is for the use of the farm Engagement only of our guests. It is located in a sunny throughout the day. The pool is approximately m. 7x9 and has a depth of m. 1.40. The farmhouse offers its guests to enjoy the many bike paths more or less demanding that the hills of Modena offer. The Nordic Walking is a fantastic sport that is practiced in the open air. A gentle workout that developsstrength and endurance fitness. It 'easy to practice, a natural movement with alternating rhythm. Ourfarm offers shoes for the practice of Nordic Walking. All guests can take advantage of our private lake where they will spend wonderful moments of relaxation and fun fishing (and releasing) the number of fish present. Do not forget your fishing poles!
