Country Hotel Poggiomanente is located on the SS219 road between Umbertide and Gubbio. The Upper Tiber Valley is in the northemost Umbrian territory. The Tiber River runs through the entire length of the valley, for 50 km, bestowing great fertility on the soil. The district comprises of several interesting towns including: Città di Castello, Umbertide, Gubbio, Perugia, Spello and Trasimeno Lake. The entire district is home to splendid works of art, and a happy balance has been achieved between ancient and modetradition.
